Data collected

  • Quote and contact requests: name, company, email, phone, message.
  • Applications: identity, contact details, experience, qualifications, cover letter and CV.

Purposes

To process your requests, review your applications and, if you wish, contact you again about future opportunities. Your data is neither sold nor transferred to third parties for commercial purposes.

Security and access

CVs are stored in a space that is not publicly accessible and can only be viewed by authorised Lock Down Security staff.

Retention

Retention period to be confirmed by the company (for example 24 months for unsuccessful applications).

Your rights

You can request access to, correction of or deletion of your data by writing to us via the Contact page, stating the reference of your request or application.

Legal framework

Reference to the Senegalese personal data protection law (Law No. 2008-12) and to the declaration with the CDP, to be validated by legal counsel.
